For Ashford Traveller 3 Spinning Wheel Drive Band Stretchy Grippy Polycord

My clear or orange polycord drive bands are ideal as direct compatible replacements for the Ashford Traveller 3 spinning wheel, and the two ends are already fused together to create a completed circular drive band.

To fit the drive band, you will need to remove the barrel nut and bolt from below the front main upright wheel post, slip the new drive band underneath and behind the post, and then replace the barrel nut and bolt. An Allen Key ('Hex Wrench') and cross-head screwdriver is required (Ashford provided the Allen Key with the Traveller 3, and this will probably be a 5/32inch). I provide you with a printed sheet containing the URL link and QR code to download the Assembly Guide in PDF format for the Traveller 3 wheel from the Ashford website. This guide provides assembly diagrams which you may find helpful (if you still have the printed assembly instructions that came with your Traveller 3, then simply use these instead).

Instead of dismantling the spinning wheel, you may prefer to work with an unjoined length of polycord, feeding it around the assembled wheel, and then fusing the ends together yourself in-situ - See my listing 'For Ashford Kromski And More Spinning Wheel Drive Band Belt'.
