For Ashford Standard Wide Wild Drum Carder Drive Band Spinning Wheel Stretchy

My clear or orange, stretchy, grippy, polycord drive bands/belts are ideal as direct compatible replacements for the following Ashford drum carders:

Standard 20cm (8ins) 2 speed

Standard 20cm (8ins) single speed with pulleys on the outside

Wide 30cm (12ins) 2 speed

Wild 10cm (4ins) single speed

The two ends are already fused together to create a completed circular drive band (as Ashford originals are).

Early 1990's), and also the video below giving instructions for measuring up for other makes and models of drum carder drive band (I may be able to provide you with a replacement).

NB. These drive bands are not made by Ashford, but have been produced here in south Wales, UK.

You will receive:

One pre-joined, clear or orange polycord drive band/belt compatible with the Ashford Standard, Wide or Wild drum carders.

Below you will find a short video of Nancy at The Woolery in the USA, showing how to measure up for a replacement polycord drum carder drive band. If you have a drum carder other than the two Ashfords that I supply pre-joined drive bands for, you may like to follow the video to take an accurate measurement and then contact me. I should then be able to make one up for you, and for same price as the Ashford drive band in this listing. All I need to know is the precise length, diameter/thickness and whether you’d like clear or orange.
